Time: 4th of Richfest
The Summer Solstice is the holy day for the church of Pelor, one of the most commonly worshipped gods amongst the people. As a result, the 4th of Richfest is rife with celebrations to the god of the sun by both devout worshipping clerics and the must less devout regular citizens. It is seen in most cities as a public holiday. The church of Pelor celebrates by conjuring up great feasts during the day for as many citizens as can attend, and offer all their services for free (with a few exceptions). As the sun falls, clerics cast light spells to keep the celebrations lit up for as long as possible, often parading light displays through the streets in celebration of the god of light.
